NEW PRESIDENT OF IDN-POLAND 2016-2018

The result of re-election on 12 March 2016 is Wawan Saraswanto as the new president and Syaiful Bahri as the vice president. Recruitmen for new officers is in progress during the month of April 2016.

UPDATE - PRESIDENT OF IDN-PL 2015-2017

The previous president of IDN-Poland Dr. Teija Gumilar and his board have published their final report as they finished 2013-2015 tenure.

However, 10 January 2016, the elected new president Sahnil Arif Farobiansah has decided to resign due to personal reason. The former president continue his leadership temporarely until the re-election for new president elected at 12 March 2016.

IDN-POLAND TASK FORCE ON LIVABLE CITIES

Starting from January 2016 IDN-Poland has begun a new Task Force of Livable Cities as one of its program. It aims to develop proposals of better urban planning concepts to be implemented in Indonesia. It would comprise IDN-Poland own efforts and a joint cooperation with other IDNs in the European region.

TASK FORCE ON IMMIGRATION AND CITIZENSHIP

Supporting the concerted effort of IDN-Global in bringing Dual-Citizenship into Indonesian governmental policy. In providing Indonesian MPs with a comprehensive reference, under the coordination of IDN-Europe, IDN-PL prepares an academic article regarding Dual-Citizenship policy which is implemented by Poland's government and neighbouring countries.
